F/T Dispatch Department Client Services Representative

This is a GREAT position with a growing Service Company that’s been around for nearly 50 years!

We are looking for a bright, energetic, computer-savvy applicant who can build rapport with customers over the phone and quickly learn our computer system. You should have excellent communication skills, active listening skills, and the ability to follow through on all tasks given. Responsibilities will increase as you gain experience.

Requirements:

• Experience handling high inbound call volume

• Comfortable making outbound sales calls

• Excellent Verbal Communication and Phone Etiquette.

• Verbal and Written fluency in English. Spanish fluency is a plus!

• Exceptional organization skills and follow through.

• Strong planning and logistical experience. Prior Dispatching Experience is a plus.

• Ability to work with office staff and customers at all levels.

• Detail Oriented and able to follow direction.

• Computer Literate - Microsoft Outlook and Word. Excel is a plus.

• Focused Work Ethic/Self Starter.

• Team player who enjoys working with others.

• Energetic, Upbeat, fast learner, pleasant and happy attitude.

• Enjoy busy work days. Ability to Multi-task!

• Have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones

• Call booking

• Customer quote preparation & follow up

• Customer service

• Data entry

• Placing outbound calls

Full time position, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with full benefits. Compensation includes starting salary of $15/hour. Benefits include: Contributory Medical, Dental, Vision, Earned vacation, personal days, paid holidays, 401K retirement plan. We are an EOE.
